Farm Ten Kate and its partners approached us with the challenge of significantly reducing emissions while achieving high efficiency and producing green gas.
Adding smartness.
The barns are equipped with a manure collection system which, in combination with a new type of digestion installation, drastically reduces nitrogen emissions. The biogas produced by the digester is then upgraded using our processing technology and converted into green gas.
We keep it real.
Our complete installation is built into a container, fully prefabricated, and installed on site within a short timeframe. The required heat input is generated using green LPG, while all residual heat is fully utilized within the digester.
Done.
With this solution, Farm Ten Kate has dramatically reduced its emissions and created an additional revenue stream by supplying RNG as green gas to the natural gas grid.
