Maatschap Van Ommeren produces biogas with a high H₂S concentration and, together with its partners, approached us with the question of whether it would be possible to safely produce clean green gas despite these elevated H₂S levels.
Adding smartness.
The Vitrisol® desulfurization technology reduces high H₂S concentrations (up to 1,000 ppm) to zero in a single process step. Subsequently, our CO₂ Capture technology is used to upgrade the gas to green gas quality.
We keep it real.
Our complete installation is built into a container, fully prefabricated, and installed on site within a short timeframe. The required heat input is generated using green LPG, while all residual heat is fully utilized within the digester.
Done.
With this solution, Maatschap Van Ommeren can efficiently produce green gas without waste streams (such as those generated by water-wash systems), even in the presence of high H₂S concentrations.
